Is an account needed to place an order?
An account is not needed to check out. You may check out as a guest, or sign in to your Shop Pay or Google Pay account to expedite checkout.
Which payment methods are available?
Savette.com accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), ShopPay, or Google Pay. Installment plans are also available through ShopPay and Affirm.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders ship from our distribution center in New Jersey.
What shipping options are available?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, we offer an expedited shipping option for an additional fee.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, and international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please note that shipping times do not include processing times.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Duties and taxes are dependent on your shipping address. For territories including the EU, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, duties and taxes are already included in the price listed. If duties and taxes are not already included for your shipping location, they will be displayed at checkout with the option to pay in advance.
Can an order be modified or canceled?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to make an update to your order, please email orders@savette.com as soon as possible.
While we do our best to accomodate updates, we are not able to guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
What is the returns policy?
For domestic orders, Savette.com accepts the return of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email orders@savette.com to initiate a return.
Once the item has been received, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment.
International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
Where are Savette products made?
Savette products are made by hand at an artisan factory outside Florence, Italy.
What are made-to-order items?
The made-to-order collection is comprised of our most complex and luxurious styles. Each bag is crafted for its owner upon purchase.
Please allow 8 weeks for production, and additional processing time for exotic leathers due to customs inspection. Exotic leather styles are only available to be shipped within the US.
How should savette products be cared for?
LEATHERS
To ensure that your leather item ages beautifully, protect it from water, oils, and chemicals. Should the leather come into contact with the above, dab it gently to prevent further damage.
FIBERS
Spot clean with a damp cloth dabbed in mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals.
HARDWARE
Metal components may be wiped clean with a soft cloth.
When not in use, bags should be stored upright in the protective dust bag provided. Always avoid contact with sharp or abrasive items, which could scratch the item's surface. Minimize your item's exposure to intense light, heat, and humidity.
Does savette offer repairs?
Quality is of the utmost importance to us at Savette, and all items are crafted with care to ensure they will wear beautifully for years to come. In the event that your product does require a repair, please see below for the best course of action.
For products purchased through an authorized retailer, all repairs and replacements must be processed through that original retailer.

I received a damaged item. How do I proceed?
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to orders@savette.com within three business days of receipt, and kindly provide proof of the issue.
